Open World: incoming Tajikistan

They arrive September 25th to experience America’s democratic system and civil society in action, and to learn about ways we work with youth-at-risk. You are invited to join the OW delegates for a welcome and farewell party, lunch at the Governor’s Residence, and a day-camp experience at Carol Joy Holling.
